Sypek achieved Sustainable Jersey for Schools certification at the bronze level in program year 2023. Certified schools are recognized leaders that are making important contributions toward the long-term goal of a sustainable New Jersey and world.

2024 AP CSP Female Diversity Award
Congratulations to our STEM Academy and Danielle Digravio for being named the AP Computer Science Female Diversity Award for expanding young women’s access to AP Computer Science Principles for the 2023-2024 school year! Sypek was named one of the 847 institutions to be recognized for their work toward improving gender representation during the 2023-2024 school year. We are so proud of the young women exploring STEM and computer science at MCTS!
