Expanding Career Pathways in AI Grant
MCTS at TCNJ - AI Presentation
About the Grant
The Expanding Career Pathways in Artificial Intelligence & Robotics Grant is a competitive initiative of the New Jersey Department of Education, designed to help county vocational-technical school districts partner with four-year colleges and industry specialists to develop and publish a rigorous three-course Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum in AI and robotics (CIP 11.0102). The program aims to expand access to high-quality AI and robotics CTE pathways, integrate generative AI literacy, and foster professional learning communities among K-12 educators, higher-education faculty, and industry experts to ensure sustained teacher capacity and curriculum relevance. Mercer County Technical Schools was one of two districts awarded the grant.
