OTHER FEES
Transcript Fee: $3.00 for the first copy, $1.00 for additional copies.
An additional $25 fee will be charged to students registering on or after
the first night of semester classes.
An additional $30 fee will be charged for returned personal /business checks due
to insufficient funds.
Students will be required to purchase the necessary textbooks for any
given course.
Students enrolled in manicuring and cosmetology courses are required to
purchase work kits.
Tuition Refund Policy
A 100% refund of tuition shall apply to withdrawals prior to the beginning
of the semester or before the first day of classes. For Adult Evening programs, a 50% refund of the registration
fee shall apply prior to the second class session. No refund shall apply
beyond the second class session.
All tuition refund payments will be made within forty-five (45) days of
program cancellation or within forty-five (45) days of filing a Course
Withdrawal Form. Textbooks, kits, etc. purchased through MCTS are
non-refundable.
Senior Citizen Program
Participation
Senior citizens sixty-two (62) years of age or older, unemployed/retired
and residing in Mercer County, may enroll in evening occupational and technical
education programs at a 50% discount (with the exception of textbook and
lab fee charges).
THE SCHOOL DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE TUITION AND FEES HEREIN
STATED ANY TIME BY ACTION BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION.
