| Manicuring Licensing The Mercer County Technical Adult Evening Schools offer an evening hours program in manicuring licensing. Classes meet three evenings per week over a 26 week period for a total of 300 hours. The curriculum adheres to state licensing guidelines and is intended to prepare students for professional employment. Kit and text required.
