Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

This program is intended to provide area manufacturers with the training resources needed to prepare or upgrade production maintenance personnel with the electromechanical skills and knowledge required for inplant applications

The following modules are each 36-hours in length and will be delivered three hours per evening two evenings per week over a four year period.
 

1. BS101 Basic Industrial Math
2. BS102 Basic Blueprint Reading I
3. BS203 Math II for Machine Trades
4. BS207 Machine Blueprint Reading Tolerancing
5. MM201 Introduction to industrial wiring
6. MM202 Electromechanical processes
7. MM203 Principles of process piping
8. MM204 Mechanical processes
9. WL101 Welding theory I
10. WL102 Flat and Horizontal Welding
11. WL103 Welding Theory II
12. WL104 Vertical Welding Lab
13, MM401 Pneumatics I
14. MM402 Pneumatics II
15. MS101 Basic lathe operations (hands on)
16. MS201 Milling (hands on)

Location:  Assunpink Center and Sypek Center
2   36-hour units, 2 evenings per week, 3 hours per evening
